Jana Murdock Photography – Raffle Prize Terms & Conditions

By accepting this donated portrait session certificate, the winner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

​

  • Prize Inclusions: This certificate entitles the bearer to one (1) full family portrait session with Jana Murdock Photography. The prize includes the session time and a minimum of 50 fully edited, high-resolution digital images. It is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for other services or refunds.

  • Booking Deadline: The session must be officially scheduled and booked by October 1, 2026. If the winner fails to contact Jana Murdock Photography to secure a date by this deadline, the prize will be forfeited.

  • Session Execution Deadline: The portrait session must take place on or before December 4, 2026. Dates are subject to photographer availability; early booking is highly recommended to secure preferred seasonal dates.

  • Location: The session will take place outdoors at a location chosen exclusively by the photographer within our standard service area.

  • Contract Requirement: To officially secure the booking, the winner must sign Jana Murdock Photography’s standard Portrait Photography Contract and Model Release. A sample copy of this contract is available for review upon request. The session will not proceed without a signed contract.

  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: If the winner needs to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, except in cases of inclement weather or sudden illness. Sessions rescheduled by the client must still take place before the December 4, 2026 deadline, or the session is forfeited.

  • Logistics: The session is limited to immediate family members.

By entering your email address to join the Jana Murdock Photography newsletter, you are automatically entered to win one (1) full family portrait session.

  • Eligibility & Entry: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Entering a valid email address at the Jana Murdock Photography booth during the Peters Township Community Day event constitutes one (1) entry. Limit one entry per household. By entering, you agree to receive marketing and promotional emails from Jana Murdock Photography (you may unsubscribe at any time).

  • The Prize: One (1) full family portrait session including up to one hour photo session and a minimum of 50 fully edited, high-resolution digital images. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  • Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on Monday, June 29, 2026. The winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner will be drawn.

  • Booking & Expiration Deadlines:

    • The winner must officially schedule and book their session by October 1, 2026.

    • The portrait session must take place no later than December 4, 2026.

  • Location: The session will take place outdoors at a location chosen exclusively by the photographer.

  • Contract Requirement: The winner will be required to sign Jana Murdock Photography’s standard Portrait Photography Contract and Model Release to finalize the booking. A sample contract is available at our booth today for review. Failure to sign the contract voids the prize.

  • Logistics: The session is limited to immediate family members.
